台灣附近的泰利颱風:

美國路易斯安那州南部的 Hurricane Katrina:

兩張圖的比例尺不一樣，所以 Hurricane Katrina 看起來有點嚇人，不過它的威力確實也很恐怖，從一個小小颶風，先侵襲過佛羅里達州後，升級為等級最高的颶風 (風速可達 250 km/s)，甚至是大西洋颶風中有史以來威力第四強的，現在直撲紐奧良市，嚇得連市長都下令要求居民撤離家園，造成高速公路大癱瘓。
